Anxiety and Depression
Both Anxiety and Depression can make you feel alone, like no one understands you, like you should hide behind a mask and pretend you're ok.
Often the anxiety and/or depression we experience comes from many of the other areas I specialize in, such as being burnt out, being a highly sensitive person, being an empath, having identity issues, currently experiencing life transitions, relationship issues & lack of boundaries, spiritual crisis or a life lacking meaning, and experiencing grief or loss. I can help you explore the roots of your anxiety and/or depression as well as help you manage the ways it affects your life.
