Anxiety and Depression

Both Anxiety and Depression can make you feel alone, like no one understands you, like you should hide behind a mask and pretend you're ok.
Often the anxiety and/or depression we experience comes from many of the other areas I specialize in, such as being burnt out, being a highly sensitive person, being an empath, having identity issues, currently experiencing life transitions, relationship issues & lack of boundaries, spiritual crisis or a life lacking meaning, and experiencing grief or loss. I can help you explore the roots of your anxiety and/or depression as well as help you manage the ways it affects your life.
Common signs and symptoms of ANXIETY:
  • Excessive worry or fear;
  • Feeling nervous, restless, or tense;
  • Having a sense of impending danger, panic, or doom;
  • Hypervigilance or irritability;
  • Trouble concentrating or thinking about anything other than the thing you are worrying about;
  • Trouble sleeping or turning your mind off at night;
  • Physical symptoms such as increased heart rate, breathing rapidly, sweating, trembling, weakness, tired/fatigued.
Common signs and symptoms of DEPRESSION:
  • Feeling agitated or irritable;
  • Feeling sadness or low mood, discontent, hopeless, guilt, shame, apathy;
  • Being unable to sleep or sleeping excessively;
  • Loss of appetite or excessive hunger;
  • Socially isolating or unable to find activities that are enjoyable;
  • Thinking of dying, how to end the pain, or completing suicide*.
*If you are having thoughts of suicide, PLEASE

What if you had the tools to manage your anxiety and depression symptoms? I can help.

we have to make every day. It’s about the choice to show up and be real. The choice to be honest. The choice to let our true selves be seen."
